Yes, you sure you could.. it's not too wide at all. Many people prefer Figaro Chains to put their good quality pendants or charms on. They look really nice as a necklace with a pendant/charm hanging. Some folks put pretty gemstone pendants on them, too. The Figaro chain is pretty strong. Figaro style chains are fancier than plain link chains, so the Figaro chain dresses up the appearance of the necklace with pendant/charm on it. Just makes it look a lot nicer. They only thing (I feel.. just my personal preference) is that whatever you do attach to the Figaro chain, it shouldn't be too small. Pendants are usually larger than charms (not always, though), so I think pendants look better and are more appropriate in size. I think anything about the size of a quarter or so, would look nice on a Figaro chain. But a dime-sized charm, I think would look too small. To attach a charm or pendant, all you would need is a jump ring. If you don't have a jump ring, I could send a couple with the Figaro Chain, if you won. Not a problem, I have plenty. :)

I do a GIN on these for 588,111 but when you bid, the GIN option was disabled because the starting bid was greater than 50% of the GIN.

If you win, let me know if you need jump rings (the little circular metal ring that attaches the charm/pendant to the chain). Do you have jewelry pliers (or your husbands needle nose pliers lol) and know how to attach the jump ring and close it? If not, I do have a few split jump rings, which are made and function just like the split key chain rings you thread your keys onto. You can just use your finger nail to open those. :)

Oh, perfect then.. you know how to attach jump rings. I'll send a few different sizes, then you can choose which you like best. That's a great idea- recycling old jewelry for parts! Smart. :)

I love making jewelry, it's so therapeutic. Everything about it. From picking out the pieces and playing with them to see what looks good, to designing it and putting it all together. Then I sit back and admire the finished piece, lol. Quite rewarding. :)
