Artemesia redowski. Tarragon is a culinary herb that is a perennial. The leaves are strongly aromatic and used in a number of recipes (my favorite is Chicken Salad in the middle of summer - cool and refreshing!). Seeds are tiny but you will get enough for a nice patch.

try taking apple cider vinegar and heat it up to a simmer. put a couple stems of the tarragon into a glass jar or bottle and pour the hot vinegar over it. seal it with a non-metal top and put it in a dark, cool place for about 2-3 weeks. use the vinegar for homemade sweet & sour sauce. it's freaking AWESOME!!
