They are in pretty good shape for how old they are...the user is now 91! One of them has a tiny spot of fraying. No stains that I can see. They were used in the state of ILLINOIS for about 10 years before he became detective and didn't wear them anymore. I'm changing the GIN now to 500,000. Thanks
