I have neuromuscular disease and can't handle traditional massage, so I think this would be great for my tension headaches and TMJ pain.

it just might! You never know, I mean it can't hurt to try....I have a lot of headaches as well. Mainly sinus/allergies but tension as well. I actually bought two and decided to share one with our Listia members :)

i hope you do not think i am stupid but how do you use this? my left hand went through a glass door and my inside of wrist excuse me torn open. i had surgery because the accident caused my fingers not to work, i have tingling, burning, numbness, cannot tell temperature and cannot feel if you touch it. Been trying everything. would this work?

oh gosh, i have no idea. I mean...anything is possible, but if you've gone through surgery for the nerve damage.....honestly, i couldn't say. All you do is push the top of the pen (the massaging nubby end) against the area that needs attention..the vibration is then engaged. it's actually very handy, and the pen works as well...but I don't want to say it will work or you and have it not work. I wish you the best of luck!!!!
