I don't know Yu-gi-oh rulings or errattas, what on the text would help answer your question?

if it goes straight to the destructive effect then it's errata'd, if before the destructive effect it says "This card cannot be normal summoned or set and can only be special summoned by tributing one "Levia Dragon -Daedalus" then it's the tribute. The errata'd one was widely released when the deck first came out.
