Pet Supplies Plus, and other various stores....you might be able to get a list of locations that sells it by googling it.

When I got mine, I was able to redeem it at Pet Supplies Plus. But should be able to find it at a Petco also. The rebate form is so that you can send it in to the company along with the required things and they send you a check back (I'm guessing cause I have not got mine back and I sent it in). This litter is awesome and I recommend it to anyone.... : )

I did....the store gets reimbursed by the clearing house for the coupon, so I technically still purchased the product, I just used a coupon I was lucky enough to find.

this is a coupon for a free bag, and the address above gives you a link where you can print out a rebate form to get the price of the litter returned to you in a check if you send your sales receipt.
