First, you'll meet the instructor and she'll demonstrate the correct and incorrect ways to complete the movements, and she'll suggest some household items that can be used to help facilitate correct posture. She takes you through warm-up, tightening and toning your torso, upper body workout and then a relaxing cool-down. Very well put together routine for anyone from beginner to advanced.
