The listing, Gateway 23" LCD HD Monitor FHX2300 with internal speakers has ended.

I upgraded to a 24" monitor and don't need this one anymore. I only used this when access my server at home when not remoting into it, so dosen't have munch burn time in it. Still has the plastic protection on the front bezel. It has a VGA and HDMI port on the back for dual computer support. Bought it at Fry's in 2010 even though the back says 2009. Includes power cord. It does have a small nick towards the bottom right corner, I tried my best to get a picture of it.

This is a first time LCD being listed on Listia that isn't a newbie lister and can be shipped.

Shipping would cost $30 due to it's large sized box it needs. I will split the cost to $15 Via Fedex Ground in a LCD box with max padding.
If GIN is used I will through in a VGA and a 3 FT HDMI cords.

The older 15 pin connector that is usually blue. Also I looked at the monitor and has a connector for DVI

Yes you can, you just need to make sure that the cable box is set to either 720p or 1080p. It won't support interlace(i) resolutions. I had my Direct tv box setup on it when I had it my studio room, but only supported 720p since DTV only support 1080P for certain channels only.

I some how put the ding/nick on it when I mounted it to the wall. But latter moved it back to stand form when I moved my office. No damage to the pixels

no, VGA 15 pin is found on most PC, DVI is the next common connector and HDMI is the newest one for HD video output. You can always upgrade the video card to have HDMI port, less than $50 for a future upgrade.

That's why I like this monitor so well, It has the common ports on it. If you use the HDMI port you will get a cleaner picture.

I could really use this but i may run out of points if people keep bidding, i have had surgery on both of my eyes but now they are going bad again so i have a 14 in old big monitor and i can barely read some of the stuff on it, i do have this extra big letter keyboard to see what i am typing..sure hope i get this..
