i'm confused on how exactly this bottle works.I was told you had to lay the stones on you or wear the pendant stones in those areas.I guess i can't grasp how it is i use the botle.Please explain.

If you are way out of alignment and feeling bad or off, you can lay the stones in the places they correspond to in order to realign your chakras. If you aren't badly out of alignment, or you just want to keep them aligned, you can carry them in a pouch or glass bottle. The bottle has the same effect as the pendants that have all of the Chara stones on them.

I have random stones in the bottle. I picked purple, green, blue, yellow, orange, and reds. Most would be citrine, lapis lazule, red agate, amethyst, clear quartz, carnelian, turquoise, I forgot what the green stone is.
