All I'm going to say, is you have to feel it to believe it. These things are amazing! All you have to do is open it to the air and within 20 mins it's 105 degrees to warm up whatever is cold. They work really well and warm up your whole body!

These would be great for someone who works outside in the elements! Is it safe to wear this inside your shoes or is that not recommended?

Yeah they're greT, I always use them when I'm camping. It is safe to wear it inside your shoe, as long as it's not against the skin, against a sock would be awesome, but these are sticky so they can be used anywhere pm the body!

These are really great, but just one thing. I wore not this exact one but when I was in the Army I wore a pair like this one time and got big blisters. My advice is not to wear them if your going to be walking for long.
