This is Dash phone, exclusive to T-Mobile. It is not unlocked, but can be if you have access to the code. The phone is not in working order. It will turn on, but does not stay on. Package will include phone, battery, software disc, quick help guides, usb cord, and audio/charging cable.

I have not tried changing the battery, I ended up replacing the Dash with a different phone (I.E. different battery) :)

I do not know why it won't stay on, I was close to the end of my contract anyways, so I ended up buying a new phone instead of looking into fixing the Dash.
