Lightweight Kong rain jacket, size large. I bought it for my dog, but it was too small. Has two velcro closures, one around the neck and one around the belly area. Has a zippered outer pouch and drawstring hood. 15" wide across the back, 29" from top to bottom (hood to tail) and 20" from neck to tail. Would fit a dog measuring up to 30" around the belly area. When I tried it on my dog, the velcro grabbed the inside of the jacket which caused some pulls on the material, but it's not damaged.
