The listing, Adorable OP XL dress has ended.

I won this dress quite recently from a fellow listian. And I absolutely LOVE the dress! BUT it's too big for me. I thought it might fit since OP seems to run small, but I think this dress might be pretty true to size. I am sad because this dress is so stinkin cute! But my loss, someone elses gain.
Dress is white, black and red. Cute ruffle across bust. Size is XL (15-17). 100% cotton.
