This is a pair of handmade beaded leather native american moccasins that has a thick felt inlay under the beading. very well made, but pretty heavy, they are navajo made. the beading is all there and none loose nor missing. i do not know the exact year they were made. they have been worn but very little damage as you can see. a tiny rip on the top rim of the one moccasin where the very soft leather was added for the beading that runs around the complete moccasins. the bottom has very little marks that are pretty well faded but i see the one when i took the pictures.

they measure as follows: 10 " long by 4-3/4 " at the widest part of the bottom. the leather ties are 12 " long each, so 24 " to tie with. the color of the tiny beads is really amazing,bright and brilliant as the white background really shows off the orange, red, blue as well as the green and yellow,some navy blue.

these came out of a zippered plastic pouch like from a pillow or a child's blanket, there was a bundle of sage inside the pouch, so they have the sage smell i would say.
