Hi, on my block there's this guy that sells these at 2 for a dollar along with some Chinese coins. I asked him what they were and he said they were Mexican Copy coins made in china. He said they were copies of silver coins but his were magnetic. Is this one magnetic or does a magnet stick to it?

Oh, let me clarify. Will a magnet stick to it? If so its probably a Chinese made coin. If not it may be an old Mexican silver coin. Silver is not magnetic.

What the people were saying was if it sticks to a magnet it is a copy coin and not silver.
