i have a question for you on these. to get the dc on first class they must be a certain thickness i have been adding wadded paper to my envelopes would these meet the thickness requirement without any more than a trifolded piece of paper

The minimum thickness for delivery confirmation is 3/4". Empty, these do not meet that requirement. It depends on the thickness of what your shipping if you can meet that 3/4" minimum. I typically use these to ship out baseball cards and I will let you in on my little secret. Foam Board. I buy 3' x 3' sheets of it from my local dollar store for one dollar each and cut them up into pieces just bigger then a baseball card. They are super light, very sturdy and about 1/2" thick. Foam board + bubble mailer + baseball card puts it above the 3/4" requirement and barely weighs over an ounce so I minimize my shipping costs.

Hi Ainosek2010. I currently only stock the kraft bubble mailers as they are generally more cost effective and seem to be more popular here on Listia but I have access to 3 different distribution warehouses near my home and my place of employment. I can also order stock online. So unless you're looking for some off-the-wall, 4 foot by 4 foot Micronesian-made poly cushioned mailer with methane filled bubbles, I'm pretty sure I can get what you need quickly . But please, contact me privately with your wish list and I am sure we can work something out.
