This is the First Season of Ghost Whisperer starring Jennifer Love-Hewitt. The slip cover is not the original one, it's a print out saying it's only for Discs 1 & 2 and it's a bit torn, but this is in fact for the entire First Season. Disc 4 has a chipped piece right in the center, but it still played fine for me when inserted into the DVD player. Please Note, all these discs DO have MODERATE scratching, some of them do have parts that will freeze/skip, but you can easily have them resurfaced, I just didn't want to throw this out, so I figured someone else might want it.
