This auction is for a Brand New Pair of Women's, "Over the Knee" Black Suede Boots.
These came from a French Retailer and the boots are marked in a European Size of 39. I have added a size chart that will convert the size 39 into a U.S. 7, but the actual size is going to be closer to a size 6 1/2 for my wife found them to be a bit tight.
The heel is 3 1/2 inches and the boots have a single tie at the top, with the top being 23 inches high.
