Its a pin that shocks the user if the press down on the "clicker button". It does write, it has a silver colored tip that twists to expose the writing utensil. Awsome gag gift, or just do like i did. Heres the set up I used to shock people for a few years now....

Hey, check out this cool pin, it write in rainbow colors!

Then as soon as the person presses down on the button to click the in\k part out, BUZZ. A small non painful jolt hits their finger. I used this exact line to shock friends, family, and even bosses and co-workers. As with all of my auctions, SHIPPING IS FREE IN THE US ONLY!!!! NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
