i got many of these boards and they run just fine if you do the right upgrade but i hate factory borads, you cant overclock them.

yeah this is a Dell mobo, it can fit in the slim lines and desktops, and that riser allows it to be used an atx, but the chipset could be anything from an 810 chipset to 910 or better

the pll is not manipulable either, so no overclocking althogh the bios seems to overclock the ram by 33Mhz in each mode below 400MHz but it would be using DDR to do that. To be honest they are reliable but lack luster

id say with the right expansion cards u could host a 40 person minecraft server and but u need like 8 gig of ram and a multi core processor

Chuck it woldnt support anything better than a low-mid end pentium 4, and the nework adpater is an embeded version of a model from 99', and it only supports a 1GB of sdram, this is not server material
