I dont have that problem but have had allot of winners with that problem and I have checked and verified that through the Listia support system so I know they are telling the truth.Also for those of you that think if you ship to an address that someone emails to you and it doesnt get to them or they say they didnt get it that you will be at fault,Wrong! if they email through Listia emailing system an address for you to mail something to then that is the same as a verified address as Listia will see in their auction page comments that they asked for you to mail it to them at the emailed address so that covers you for any fault. Also if you always ship with the 85 cent delivery confirmation you and Listia will always have proof of proper shipping and when it arrived to the address they submitted. yet again even if you do have delivery confirmation and the package does not get to them for Post office Losing the package(which I have had one do that I shipped first class mail with D.C. and it still got lost) you are still responsible for replacing the item or giving the credits back. The only way to get around the fact of Postal Loss is to insure the item. We as shippers are Liable for the item until it is in the hands of the winning bidder in the exact condition we represented it as. does not matter if Post office people/shippers ruined ,lost,or did other things to our packages we are to make sure it gets to our winners. I hope this helps you to get more bids and opens allot of other peoples eyes as to why some people email and ask to have their packages sent somewhere else because of a glitch in the Listia addressing system!

Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must ship items out within 7 days from the day you receive the winner's approved shipping address and shipping payment (if applicable)
For example, if you get the shipping address and payment on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to ship
If you fail to do so, the winner will be entitled to a refund in case of a dispute
As always, we encourage you to ship items promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction

Just an FYI you say that if someone wins your auction and they dont have their address saved through the Listia address system that you will keep their credits? Im sorry but the only way you can keep someones credits is if they fail to give you their shipping information within 7 days or if they fail to pay the shipping charges within 7 days other then that if it is disputed through Listia and Listia decides to give you their credits then those are the only 3 ways you can keep someones credits. I would like to bring to the attention of all the people who say they will only ship to Listia verified addresses. Not all people have their addresses available through the Listia verified system due to some sort of glitch in the addressing system because of a P.O. box, Apartment number,or even an APO number, it is through the Listia verified system that this glitch is caused so some people cannot give you their verified address because if they do then the package will never get to them. They have contacted Listia about this problem and Listia recommends that they email through the Listia emailing system the corrected address for shipments. So you may just want to open up your restrictions in the shipping field as you are keeping allot of others from bidding on your auctions that otherwise would be bidding.
