I have never used one of these before...would I need to use special conditioner or do anything different with my hair? Also is hair supposed to be dry when using this>> Thank You, I know I am not very knowledgeable about things like this, and I appreciate any help from someone who uses one! :)

i use silk theraphy and there is also flat iron lotion from garnier fructisse that suppose to be really good, and yes you need to use it on dry hair. it will make you hair look staright and shinny

yes you just need to use a product to protect your hair, like silk theraphy or other flat iron jell
