It says DDR3 on the label. It's for a desktop. Laptop memory is a lot smaller.

I looked these up at Newegg. It says 4gb kit on the sticker which means they are sold in pairs and it's only 4gb total with them both. 2gb for each stick. Seeing the 4gb on the sticker stumped me too until I seen the word kit afterwards so thats why I had to check up on it. Hope this helps!

SO-DIMM (small outline dual in-line memory module) is laptop memory. The RAM in the ipic does look like it could be for a laptop. But it doesn't say sodimm on the sticker anywhere which means these are defintiely desktop RAM. Great auction. F&W. ~JG~
