100 Balsam Seeds. These are my favorite flowers to grow from seed! Super easy - in late spring, just scatter seed on dirt and water. Plant in part sun / part shade. Mixed colors - fuchia, coral, light pink and purple. Blooms all summer.

Yes - I grew up in Iowa, and we had them every summer. They like cool weather, but on the first frost, they totally die. They are a type of Impatient.

No, you have to plant them every year - they're annuals. Each fall they develop little seed pods, which are actually really fun to "pop" and you have seed for next year.
