You can't decide whether or not you're going to ship it or not based on how high the bid goes - if you want to charge shipping you should have set that up when listing the auction, but if this sells for under 800 and you say you don't want to ship it you're going to end up with a major dispute on your hand. Just sayin'.

If you put up an auction you are saying that you're going to award the winner the auction item, PERIOD, no matter how high or low the bid go. If you don't want to do free shipping then you can set that up in the auction listing page, but as of now yours says free shipping (which WILL get you much more bids). Basically though, to answer your question, you'd be breaking listia rules by revoking the color supplement from who ever spends the time and credits to win it if the bids dont go over 800.
