This is a handmade collar made of navy blue with white dots cotton fabric with a Snowman that has a Kitty face appliqued on it as well as a little red bird. It has "Let It Snow" embrodiered in red on it also. It comes to a point in the front, slips over your head and comes to a point in the back. It is a neat way to dress up a sweatshirt or a plain sweater.
