Well no it's not silky like a scarf it's linen a much more loose/rough weave. Try enlarging the photos and then looking at it magnified. It helps :)

GREAT. I began selling vintage linens on Listia when I first joined and there was no interest so I went back to listing them on ebay abd did well. I had hoped after a bit of time there might be a surge in interest here but.......I don't think so :/ We'll see :)

I found and restored a vintage 50's formica table w/ the chrome trim & bent chrome tube legs for my beautiful wife and our new (old) home!! She would REALLY love this tablecloth as a special touch for our dining area!! Hope I can win it for her!!! F & W!! --F

Yes!! We found the chairs on the curb (6 of them!)! I cleaned them up, polished them and she re-upholstered them in a shiny,gold-flaked material with a clear vinyl cover! The formica is a "sunny" yellow, as is the fabric! The table cloth would match perfectly!!! We also have lots of cobalt blue glass bottles and such surrounding the area which sits within 6 big windows!!! Its one of our favorite places to spend time together in our home!

The tablecloth will only be used at special occassions like for famliy get togethers and holidays! Rest assured your cover will be well cared for! My wife really likes vintage towels and bowls and such.
