One of the best respected blue-collar pitchers in MLB, Cain pitched his full 13 season career with the Giants,winning 3 World Series rings. Notably, between 2009-2013, Cain developed into an elite pitcher and perennial Cy Young candidate, and on June 13, 2002, Cain pitched the 22nd perfect game in MLB history, blanking the Houston Astros with a 14 strikeout performance. Cain retired at the end of the 2017 season.
