The hat can be crochet or knit using new yarn and high quality finishing ... no knots or hanging ends .. no fluppy work

I just love this auction ) I saw in the earlier posts, that you would make a monkey one. It would be for an adult girl. What kind of measurements exactly would you need ? Just around the head ?
