Artist Heidi Keller Unique and collectible plate from one of those mail order collectible places (like Franklin Mint) back in the early 80's or so...it has been out of production for a fairly long time. It has a certificate with it that explains that it is "authentic" and comes with a book that goes into more in detail of what it represents. I am assuming it is Austrian or German themed by looking at it. Its made out of porcelain or china and looks of very fine quality and has nice literature & custom carrier with it so it looks like its pretty nice. I will let you be the judge.
