You can use the 100's tubes, but it won't fill them all the way. You can roll as many cigarettes as you want. it depends on how much tobacco and tubes you have.

It does save money. I had to quit smoking due to health reasons. I have no use for it. It's much cheaper than buying ciggs.

No. Just what is pictured. You can go to any tobacco shop and they will teach you how to use it.
