I've got the leprechaun locked in a box and he's only allowed to come out when he wants to play nice, and clean my house; which explains why my house is a mess, and he hasn't seen the light of day since I captured the foul mouthed little havoc reeker. Nope! Certainly not! I'm updating to add pictures right now so you can see. The heat is inside the grey stripe inside of the black spacers that sepperate and and curl your lashes. There is not clamping like a traditional curled. Also its made to protect you from burns. I am adding a picture of me putting me finger directly on my, while its on and heated, so you can see it doesn't burn. These really are awesome tools!! I don't go any where without mine and use it every day! I love them!

Actually it doesnt! It doesnt clamp down on your eyelashes like traditional eyelash curlers andit has a gaurd, it is low heat as well. The tradition curlers pull my lashes out and takes awhile to curl them this one is so fast and works great!! This is an awesome little invention!
