Yes, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know you can never replace a member of the family, but please allow me to put an idea out there. A frisky kitten from the animal shelter who needs a home would undoubtedly make you smile and laugh and have a furry friend to cuddle again! I have 3 cats ranging from my 15 year old lover boy (he looks like Morris on 9Lives) to the youngest Tiny Mouse, a country kitten rescued after being abandoned out by my house in the country. She is so funny and boy does she LOVE her "Daddy!" I try to treasure every moment with them because I know they don't stay with us as long as people, but I do believe we'll see them again one day in Heaven. I don't know what my Tiny will do when her Daddy's time comes...try not to think about it. Then there's Queen Bee- her name says it all- long-haired Orange and white Big Regal girl I've had for about 10 years! God Bless You and thank you so much for this auction. Think about my kitten idea- they do the silliest things and make you feel young at heart again! And they love to cuddle! Best wishes! Thank you, Julie. I am just not ready to replace "SMOKEY BEAR" yet, but, I know one day I will find one that wants to make a home with me. I too, believe I will see my Bear again.

I dont want to stick my nose in but I do agree with the fact that there are some real good friends out there in shelters and other organizations waiting to be saved, thats what they do for us, we think we go out on a Saturday to the shelter and save an animal when in fact it is them who are saving us, I have a cat we rescued who has saved me in more ways than I can count. Dont ever close off your heart to an angel in fur. I love your auction im watching and bidding and fanned you. God Bless.

Amen to that LadyIsis! I truly believe they are "angels in fur" and wow, they have each in their own special precious way done more for me than I can ever put into words. My boy is better than any boyfriend I've yet to meet - he is always by my side, sleeps right by my head and if I sleep in too long, he actually licks my eyelids to make me get up! He is so cuddly and needy- some would find it annoying but I'll tell you what- I've had some bad break-ups with non-furry men and my Sakye has been there for me through it all! They really are guardian angels! God bless y'all- thanks for your input- made me tear up!

I definitely agree! My cat was one of my best friends. He was just a "PLAIN" ole cat but, he was "SPECIAL" to me. Thankx all for the comments-I really appreciate them. Fanned ya!!!!
