Francisco Franco Caudillo De Espana Por La G.DE Dios 1957-- which translates to Francisco Franco Caudillo of Spain by 1957 G.DE God.
I brought this coin back from Spain in 1969. Franco was a Dictator of Spain from 1939-1975. We were warned not to say anything bad about him while we were in Spain because we could be imprisoned and the Navy could not get us out. To the Spanish people he was God.
