Hand Vacuum for car or truck. Item powers up fine, the only issue is that dirt and dust started coming out of the middle, where both parts connect. Not sure if there was a seal or something, but It was tapped up to avoid issue, then eventually discarded for a new one because it was annoying untaping and taping back together every time it was time to empty.

Selling as-is, buyer beware.
