This auction is for an Almost Uncirculated, 1924 Silver Peace Dollar.

This coin has lost some of it's Mint Sheen but still looks as if it were uncirculated. The only wear on this coin is at the top of the Eagles Wing, and that is tough to see without magnification.
I know that the flip states Uncirculated, but after looking at it with a magnifying glass, I have to claim "Almost" Uncirculated.
A lot of the Peace Dollars that were minted over the years were struck with "low relief" dies, or just received a weak strike. This coin received a better strike to where all of the dates, legends and motto's can be seen very well. Finding a Better Strike on a Peace Dollar is rare and all should be sent in for grading just for that reason.
This is a coin that, if sent in to a TPGS, it will come back with "Mint State" or "MS" Grading.
