yeah, cool. Well I don't watch that show but, hey, I know some people will like it. I love yellow myself. I painted the inside of my house yellow in CA. :) It was bright and cheerful.
LOL ... my whole house is painted yellow (a few rooms in blue/green though). I used like four different shades of the same color. Hope buyers like it when I put it on the market next year, cost me $2K to have it painted! NOT painting it again ....
Awesome. I bet your house is very cheery. WOW, that is a lot of money to have it painted. My father in law did all our painting, but he died and that is how we ended up with the house. Anyways. I hope your house does well. I see all those decorating shows and they make people paint stuff neutral colors to sell better. I don't know if it is that big a deal, unless its on the market for a long time.
Bachelor is a pretty fun show. I've always watched it with my girls. Yours might be a little young yet, but I love finding shows I can watch with my kids. I still watch Survivor, although they don't watch it much any more. We also like Top Model and we LOVE the psych shows (Medium is still good, but I think Ghost Whisperer is done). Gilmore Girls, all reruns now, was the favorite! And Smallville is our VERY favorite ... even Daddy watches it!
Its hard to find good shows that you can watch with your family these days. My daughter watches way too much tv now. I get on from time to time to watch my shows but they are all done for the season now.
It gets a little easier when they are older. When my kids were little all they watched was PBS, they had a lot of great shows for pre-teens. But once they got to be about 10 or 11 they were done with those, and I think that's about the time we got cable and they switched to ABC Family, lots of good shows on that station too. I love a ton of cable shows, but if you don't have cable, TV is very limited, always has been!
Well, the house is really big. That was only about half the house. I've painted all the bedrooms myself, painted two bathrooms, repainted my bedroom about four times, painted a chalkboard on the wall, and lots of doors (and I have a couple more to go). At the time we bought the house it needed to be painted and I really hadn't painted very much, didn't have the confidence to do it myself. I could've, as it turns out!
I'm just afraid that if we move furniture out of the house before we sell it, we'll have to paint again to cover the dings. One blue paint I used in the house I no longer have ... had a lot of fun mixing it up into different shades. It was an oops paint, I buy a lot of those!
