Hello all , here are some wheat cents all circulated.

Winner will get 47 1954 D wheat cents.
Also 46 1947 D wheat cents.
And 7 1963 D Lincoln memorial cents, came from unc roll, but with unfortunate spotting / corrosion. Also if anyone out there has a way to remove fingerprints from unc cent I would like to know it.

The response i've got from collectors and dealer both is NEVER clean a coin other than rinsing dirt off with water.

I'm not sure if that would work or not. Fingerprints are left by the oil on your fingers. Any type of cleaning you do may result in losing some of the luster. I've found the best thing to remove any type of oil is Dawn, but then again, with coins you still have the same issue with the luster

Coins in general should NEVER be cleaned, unless you've dug them up out of the ground, then it should only be done by soaking in virgin olive oil for several months, then using a soft bristle tooth brush to remove the dirt. Any cleaning you do will affect the luster, and it also removes small amounts of the metal. Most coin collectors don't want cleaned coins, they can not be graded by any of the grading services. It is best to leave as they are.

A brown patina is much better than a coin that has been damaged by cleaning
