This is a rotating hair brush. I bought it a few years ago and never used it, stuck it in my Bathroom closet, with all the other curling irons, and blow dryers I have never used, and realized I will probably never use it. LoL.
There is a little scuff on the handle which is shown in one of the pictures. It is from me tossing other hair appliances in my closet.
This does work, as I plugged it in to check it. It comes with an AC adapter.
(The coin is not included)
