The listing, Growing Auction! I'm stuffing a stocking! Winner's Choice - Men's or Ladies' has ended.

This is my first time ever trying a growing auction
...Here it goes.

I found a couple of dusty/dingy "new" Christmas stockings in my holiday boxes. I thought it might brighten them up to fill them full of goodies. I also have several miscellaneous things to stuff these stockings with; stuff for ladies & stuff for gentlemen.Winning bidder will receive their CHOICE of the "ladies' stocking" or the "men's stocking". I will add items (along with photos), as the auction grows. I will add items from several Listia categories, just to keep this fun.

Possible items include keychains, wallets, scarves, jewelry (necklaces, earrings, rings), designer perfume samples (in atomizers!), makeup stuff, and more!

About the stockings:
There's not much to say for myself. Do we have enough holiday stuff? Yes. Do I keep getting more for no reason? Yes. lol. I actually have a 3rd dusty ol' "new" stocking sitting here, just in case... maybe a last minute Christmas guest, or I overfill one of the family's stocking. lol. I can think up excuses. Sometimes I even buy things on clearance to save and sell the following year. The thing is, I'm a hoarder.

About the Travel/sample size hygiene products:
These things come in handy... But only one or two of them! From "free sample" and coupon shopping "freebies", I have way, way too much to use in a reasonable time. So I'm distributing them in a way that makes these items useful to somebody. These travel and sample size products are good to keep in your purse or glove box of the car, for those trips that unexpectedly leave you staying the night somewhere. They're also a nice way to try out a product that you've never tried before, without having to buy it.
Keep in mind that I have full-size products, also from coupon shopping and "stockpiling". I may find room for a few of these things in this listing or others ;)

About the Home & Garden products:
As I started thinning out boxes and organizing items, I realized that I will never use the amount of candles (household, tealight, tapers, pillars...) that I have. I'm thinning things out. Candles are use as a box of four, not a shelf of 4 thousand. lol. It's one of those things that you'll be glad you have, when you finally need it.
Superglue is good. But do you ever find yourself looking for that tube you opened and used once last year? Well, apparently I bought some single use superglues, earlier this year, with no reason and no intentions. I included the cute little brown drawstring bag from my inventory of "stuff" from a failed attempt at a real retail business. What does anybody need a whole stack of those for, right?
Incense is self-explanatory. If it's free, it's for me! I don't even burn it! I keep single sticks inside of desk drawers to keep them smelling nice.
Emery boards. My hubby swears by them! In his garage, in his desk drawer, in the armrest of the truck. lol. I found a kazillion, while sorting out the house! They're still new in their packages, many of them.
Everybody can use a single pair of work gloves, but I don't think I need the quantity that I have.
The winning bidder could even turn some of this into a housewarming gift basket! I just thought of that.
I purchased the Insect Repellent sticks early this year from Boxed or Thrive or one of those shopping apps. I added it to the cart as a "filler" to get the total price to a specific amount, in order to get an even bigger discount. I'm a shopaholic, for sure. It was a 10-pack, but comes in two 5-count packaged sets, each with a holder. I will send a printout of the instructions from the box. It appears that they burn like incense. Cool.

Next pieces are some fun promotional items that I received from different companies. I never take 'em out of their packages to use them, just to look. What's the point of having something that won't get used though? The reusable lunch sacks are a washable fabric. I got them through an Annie's natural foods promotion a couple years ago. So I guess that makes them limited edition, lol. The Olive Picks from Tito's vodka came within the last year or two. They're metal and very nice. The coasters came from Marlboro probably 15 years ago. lol. They're really cool, but I don't need them and never have. I'm sure somebody will enjoy setting their drink on these and reading the fun backs of them.

What category should I add from next?
I have so much stuff to stuff these stockings with!!

---> One (1) Makeup wallet - new in package; contains face makeup, eye colors, lip colors, cheeks colors and a little mirror! <--- just purchased this over the summer. I don't know what I was thinking about. I don't even wear makeup. I live on a farm and have chickens and a garden. Doesn't sound like a night out dancing. Does it? lol

Okay... So I'm the ONLY person in my house that does the cooking. There were no additional family members to "bring a dish to pass". I fight with my husband constantly about his "inability" to be useful every day of our 20 years so far. I'm a bit delayed with adding things, but I'm back from Thanksgiving nonsense to add as much as I can... I've been getting "stuff" in the mail and coupon shopping for brand name "stuff", too.

---> I ordered several Mousepads with wrist support and had one leftover.
---> I purchased the USB reading lights last year and not everybody wanted one... Go figure.
---> Camera lens thing for Cell phones - I ordered these for the "selfie" lovers in the family and had one leftover.

The MEN'S Stocking:
---> This Mousepad is basic with a promotional brand printed on it, which leads me to believe that I received it as a "free gift" in the mail.
---> I purchased the USB reading lights last year and not everybody wanted one... Go figure.
---> 16 GB MicroSD memory card - It's brand new! Use it in your cell phone, your digital camera, your tablet... They're good for many things!!!

ABOUT the Office Supplies lot:

These items are mostly self-explanatory. I buy the BIC Cover-It every time there's coupons for BIC products, because the coupons always make it "free" to me. The scissors and the pencils were most likely some very reasonably priced clearance items. The tape. I seem to buy it every year, because I'm not organized enough to find it at the time that I need it. lol. And the pens are promotional giveaways, One from New Mexico Highlands University and the other from Connections Academy - I have tons of both pens. Oh! One of the pens (the orange one) has a stylus part on it!

ABOUT the Odd Lot:

The any Occasion cards are freebies from I don't remember where. lol
The car care samples are a result of my free stuff addiction, too.
The collectibles are... well the salt & pepper shakers were ordered through a sight like OpenSky or Overstock, a few years ago and sat on a shelf. The keychain was acquired through an auction shopping habit that I haven't mentioned. lol. I just buy things and save things. #HoarderStories
Games, dice or cards; Everybody needs a way to bide their time when the internet goes down. lol. I have board games from decades ago. There's no reason to hold on to these ones that are new in their packages! The GSN cards came from redeeming my oodles, when they had good prizes and fun ways to earn oodles. Those days are long since over. I hoarded several decks of these cards ;) The dice game was a VERY recent impulse purchase at the store checkout. I have no excuse for buying it. lol
