The listing, 1943 Steel Lincoln Wheat Cent has ended.
Nice coin! 1943 Steel Lincoln Wheat Cent. Appears to have had it's zinc coating replated, which is the only way you will find a shining example of one of these coins. Thousands of 1943 steel cents were stripped of their zinc plating and replated. This is something that most sellers won't tell you, they do this to try and pass them off as uncirculated and raise the price to con unsuspecting buyers. A true uncirculated steel cent does not shine like this.
