Size 9, 1 inch stack, 4 inch heel. Ankle strap. Worn but not walked in. Actually very comfortable. A few scuff marks on heel but nothing noticeable.

Cost covers: shipping, tracking and Insurance.

Not really it's flat shipping, Insurance and tracking... This is to INSURE the shoes get to you and if not you will get money back for them especially if they are damaged in transit. I rather you pay more for shipping then contact me back to complain about something I have no control over. You can bid or not. But I believe it's well worth it since they shoe are just this side of new and cost more.
