I did. I just wanted to make sure. I had someone in the past that said the items were new when in fact they weren't so I always double check. Some people believe it or not will argue that since they didn't actually "use" the product that they are considered new. I really didn't think that would apply to you with your history. Like I said, I just automatically double check. =) Nice listing. I'm watching this =)

To my understanding,opened or visibly swatched cosmetics are banned on listia. In any case, that’s just gross. All my auctions are new, I just include stock swatch photos because it’s always different during application then in the compact or container

You're right. They are. And yes it's gross. That reminds me...I just won a bottle of Sally Hansen Gel Polish. I was so excited because it was a color I haven't seen anywhere around by me. When it arrived, it was soooo obvious it had been used. First you could tell through the bottle there was a bunch missing. Plus, you know that dry hard polish you get around the opening you get when you have used it?? It was like that too! The seller said she swore it was new. Seriously?? I just don't understand some people. I got a refund on that one because I paid a LOT of credits on it.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the opposite issue. I send new makeup and the buyer claims it’s used to get a refund, but magically always refuses to send it back, so they get free makeup while I’m out the credits, items, shipping costs, time....

Redwidowz video record putting the packages together I myself like to live record using my Faceb**k personal page or my group this way I can use the video for proof.

I do, doesn't work. I had someone claim I just "opened the package afterward" and removed the items. It is what it is, hopefully I'll have a better experience as a seller this time around.
