it was playing fine the back ground was very bright and my son wentto settings to make the background darker thats when the pic keep spinning so it may be fixed !!

Do you get a lite that even turns on to show it is still receiving power? Mine was broke and had repairs done on it but my light still came on to show it was still getting power to it.
