I have 50+ California poppy seeds left after sowing a couple dozen for myself. Acquired in Feb 2012.

They sure will. I don't know if they will die in the winter and can only be treated as an annual in OH, though. Here in VA, we are always surprised by the plants that grow as perennials here when they're listed as not hardy for this zone. If they don't last as a perennial where you live, you can plant more each spring.
