Greetings! You are considering a set of two brushes.

The first is a full-size Kabuki brush. It has been used and some of the bristles are bent (see pic), but is in good condition and will come to you freshly-sanitized.

The other brush is a sheer cover fillable powder brush that retracts. You can fill it with your favorite powder or highlighter. It has also been used, but will come sanitized as well.

how big are they can you use them wet???

Thanks for your interest! The Kabuki brush is about 2 inches tall and the widest part of the bristles are about 2 inches. The sheercover brush is 4 inches tall and is 1 inch or so wide. I'm not sure if they can be used wet, but I don't see why they can't...let me know if you've got any more questions! :o)
