Do not understand if your asking me a question or telling of a deal gone bad with another seller. It would not have been me, this is the first time I have posted a hard drive, my husband has a many few of these and other cables and such misc. items. If you do not trust it, don't bid. It is stated in the discription that it will need to be formated for what you need or want it for.

DOA? Dead on Arrival or Day of Arrival? It works perfectly fine or it all depends if your the winner and how fast you get your listia approved address to me and I follow Listia Rules. The company as to which made this hard drive made the warranty, there is no warranty on my part sorry. The company is on the label in one of the pictures posted.

That is a hard question to answer considering there is a Manufacturers warranty and if for some reason it didn't work the Manufacturer would cover it. But if you won and it for some reason didn't work (which it says you would have to format it to work to what you used it for & you can't just hook it up and expect it to work without formatting it) I would most diffinately take it back and turn it in for the warranty myself but of course you'd have to pay the shipping back to me, no refunds of shipping it back considering I'm offering FREE SHIPPING! That means I'm paying the shipping to send it to the winner. Not trying to be rude, but if you don't know what your bidding on, then don't bid. Thanks for the questions however.

It is for a desktop and if you goto Nuegg you can get the right setup for use with you laptop as a ext hard drive.

great auction, and yes people any NEW hard drive you have to format it, i myself if i win ths will be turning it into a slave drive to go along with my other two i have in my computer LOL watch i just confussed several people by saying i will turn it into a slave drive :-P @wendi if people are spamming your auctions, (dunno if you know so ill say it) just click they're names and click ignore user its on the right hand side of they're profile page then they cant comment, bid, email etc.... anything of yours ever you have an awsome auction here and if i had the creds i would use that GIN in a heart beat
