THIS CAMCORDER TAKES VIDEO AND ALSO STILL PICTURES WITH 8.0 MP. CAMERA AND FLASH. LOOKS GOOD AND WORKS WELL, EXCEPT FOR THE ZOOM OUT FUNCTION ON THE TOGGLE CONTROL. PUSHING UP ZOOMS IN EASILY. ZOOMING OUT WILL WORK IF YOU PUSH DOWN HARD. ALSO YOU CAN TURN IT OFF AND ON AGAIN AND THE DIGITAL ZOOM WILL HAVE RESET IN THE ZOOMED OUT POSITION. TAKES 3 ALKALINE AAA BATTERIES AND 2 - 4 GB SD CARD (NOT INCLUDED)
