A New Black Car Charger for a Nintendo DS Lite!!

This does NOT fit a NDSi, DSi, NDSi LL/XL. I have not seen a 3D DS to know if it will fit that model. However, Nintendo tends to change the power port on each of their new game consoles.

I heard the charger for the original ds charges the game boy sp do you think this one will too?

I have an original ds and a game boy advanced and it does not fit either of these. So my best guess is that it will NOT fit the game boy sp! Nintendo has a nasty habit of changing charging ports on each new game console.

to add to your description, no, it will not work for a 3DS, I have both a 3DS and a DSL and the cords are similar but not compatible
