5. I ship out within 3 days, barring a holiday or extreme weather in which case I will let you know. I ship USPS so it may take up to 2 weeks, or 10 business days to be received. Again, if there's a Holiday or weather in that period then it may take longer.
6. I will not refund until the two week waiting period has been reached. If there's been a Holiday I will ask you to give it a couple of extra days.

I don't have much information on the necklace, I know the metal is tarnished but has never turned me or my grandma green. So I know it isnt copper. The blue stones are Blue Howlite which is supposed to be good with reducing stress and helping relax you.
